Fabulous first-time experience for a special Birthday dinner with my sweetie.
Pros: Mya and Abbi are stellar company and with genuinely kind and lighthearted banter. They make you feel like you've been friends for years. Food and service is always top tier. Con: It's a little loud here.

Best place to eat in the Tri-Cities! Great food, atmosphere and service. Shoutout to our wonderful server Callie, she was great, very attentive and polite. Will recommend this place to all our friends and family!
Our gaúcho was Kali, excellent service. Very attentive, friendly, and quick to return to the table with the next cut. Greatly knowledgeable about the food and if I had any questions. Would return just for her company! as a side note the Bacon at the fresh salad table is elite 🤤
We went on a Saturday afternoon. Promptly seated. Salad bar was stocked with everything you would want. They came around with all sorts of meat. It was very good. I had one serving of pork. Very tender. Multiple servings of beef. Only one of which was dry. I had everything that they offered. No chicken. I did have some shrimp. Which go fast if they come out. They are a garlic butter. Shrimp. Very good. The roasted pineapple is very good as well. Polenta fries and candied bacon are really good. Overall. Place was really good Don’t pass on it. Worth the money.
Crazy good! Well worth the visit. Great helpful staff, fast service and the food was nothing short of amazing! If we lived in town we would eat here once a week!
Jake, Abby & Mariah were extremely nice and attentive even when the restaurant was starting to get busy. The only thing better than the food was the service. Thanks for making mine & my husband’s experience a great one! Looking forward to coming back :)

Great customer service, the manager came over and was friendly with our table and helped a bit with price no asking no negotiation, she’s very kind. The blonde male server was also very helpful and kind aswell

My husband and I ate here on our anniversary. Our server Calli was friendly and speedy. The food came out quickly and and was cooked to perfection! We had an amazing time and will definitely be returning!
This is a great location for a special occasion. The parking next to it is not owned by them. You will have to pay separately. The price is high, but this is a special restaurant. They bring you a variety of slow cooked meats and cut it to serve. You are given a card. If you leave it flipped green, they keep bringing you meat and special selections to eat. Flip it to red, and they stop. You can re-flip your card as much as you like. They also have a self serve selection of cheeses, deli meats, salad, pasta, and bread. Dessert is extra. It is walking distance from the convention center.
For all you vegans out there, you’re missing out on the best meat that you can put in your mouth. Well cooked, served up just right. Full of flavor. Staff was amazing and friendly. Highly recommend you frequent this establishment.

Abbigail was an outstanding server, very personable and kind, food was delicious and left feeling very fulfilled. Sweet and spicy bacon was absolutely amazing as well as roasted garlic and mashed potatoes.
My husband and I ate here, and this was the best experience we have ever had!! Callie and Huber were two of the servers and they did a fantastic job!! Thank you for making the experience so fun!! We had a great time interacting with the servers and enjoying our meal, it was wonderful!!

6 stars if I could. The food is great but Kali, Rafa (in particular) + rest of the staff were outstanding - professional but kind and attentive. Grilled pineapple is to die for. Will definitely visit again!
We were celebrating our daughters college graduation, as a Pharmacist, a very exciting occasion when we visited. Our server Mariaha was nothing short of AMAZING. We could not have had a better server for our party of 10. Her charm is so fun, her enthusiasm was infectious, and her knowledge of the experience was awesome. I HIGHLY recommend Boiada, and if your fortunate enough to have Mariaha serve you, it will be even better.
Kali made my anniversary so special, theres 100 places in town to eat and we come back here every chance we get, the food is hot, delicious and served in style

We had an amazing time tonight. We went as a family for an early Mother's Day dinner. Food was fresh. The meat served at table side was hot, and tender. Salad bar was absolutely phenomenal. Service was excellent and staff was courteous and went out of their way to be helpful as I have a walking disability. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Definitely
