Mya was absolutely amazing to me and my husband. She handle our request for fresh cheese bread and made sure our glass were full the entire time. Definitely would recommend the food and Mya. Thank you Mya you were just perfect.
This place is amazing! Food is delicious and waaay more than you need to eat lol but that’s a good thing. The hospitality is out of this world and I wanna give a shoutout to all the staff here especially Cameron and Callie they were so polite and attentive to everyone’s needs. Came here to celebrate my sister in laws birthday and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend this hidden gem
We were so happy to find this restaurant after having enjoyed Brazilian barbecue in other cities where we have lived. We went for my husband's birthday and it did not disappoint! This staff was extraordinarily courteous and attentive, the meat selection was great, salad bar was exceptional. The grilled pineapple is off the charts! Highly recommend this restaurant, and we will go again.
We had brunch here and it was absolutely fantastic! Even without a reservation, they graciously accommodated us right away and made us feel completely welcome. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—every bite was delicious. The service truly stood out, especially from Omar, who was friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. Amazing brunch, excellent service, and such a warm atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Came here on 2/27/26 and had amazing service from all staff. Nya the bartender was quick and made delicious drinks, Kali was one if our skewer servers who was very professional and helpful. Along side her was a younger gentlemen with dark curly hair who clearly was putting in 100% effort into his service. Overall awesome and we will be back
Cali was absolutely wonderful. She took care of us really good. Meat was tasty and tender. It was very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Highly recommended. We will be back for sure!!!

Our server, Abigail, was phenomenal. She was attentive and kind and made sure to connect with us but also allow us time alone as a table. She was so friendly and on top of everything. Every request we had she fulfilled in a timely manner with grace, kindness and positive attitude. It seemed that she loved her job! Julio, one of the chefs, was outstanding. He went above and beyond for us as well. He was kind and made amazing food and was so respectful. Both of them gave excellent recommendations, made sure we liked everything, and helped us get our money's worth. I highly recommend Boiada. The staff truly made this experience special and the delicious food made it worth all the money.

She is an outstanding representative of your company. She is thoughtful, attentive, and very kind. We had the pleasure of having Michael as our server tonight, for my son's birthday. We couldn't have been happier with his service. Michael was attentive and friendly. He explained the menu while thoughtfully making suggestions to honor my dietary restrictions. Everything we had was delicious! And as if we weren't happily stuffed enough - three of us had the key lime pie for dessert, and, it was OUTSTANDING! We had a great night thanks to your outstanding staff, and delicious food.

My fiancé and I went in for a late valentine's day celebration, and had such an amazing experience here. We were served by Rafael, and Kali they demonstrated amazing customer service and knowledge of the food and drinks, as well as some good recommendations on what to get. They were very attentive to the table asking if we needed refills on anything, and just making sure we were doing good, thank you to them as well as the amazing food, we will definitely be back any time we come to Kennewick :)
Went here for an early dinner and new experience. Anyone will tell you that if you decide on the large dinner, make sure you arrive very hungry. I would recommend not eating for two days beforehand! My other recommendation is GO SLOW! You can spend hours here if you want. The staff will bring you meat as long as your "green light" card is showing, and it comes quickly. You can stop the meat arrivals and start again as much as you want. Don't skip a few choices from the salad buffet; there's some great stuff there as well. If you can possibly stuff anything else in, Mr. Creosote, the key lime pie is excellent, but you're spared the one, lee-tle, wah-far thin mint at the end. The meats are crafted very well and extremely tender, juicy, and well flavored. The lamb was bit strong for my taste but some may love it. My favorite was the parmesan beef and top cap steak. Mariah (and she'll tell you like "Carey") was a fun server, making guests feel at ease with the gluttony they are about to endeavour.

The service that we received from the young man with blonde hair was impeccable. He was very friendly, polite, and went above and beyond our expectations. He anticipated our needs and we didn’t have to ask for anything he was right there to provide it to us. If you go ask for him and you will not be disappointed with the service you receive, I believe his name was Michael however I am not certain, he is a tall slender young man with blonde hair. This was the best service we have had in a very long time🩵
What a great dinner and experience 😁🤤 so good. One of the best dinners we have ever had! We eat out at least once a week and this was amazing 😍. Omar our server complimented our experience and really made us feel at home. The other servers Brendan and Flavio were great as well. Amazing 🤩❣️

Had Rodizio for lunch, fast, tasty, friendly staff. Focused on the meat, but also the buffet is excellent!
