A Spokane Story Paired with Brazilian Tradition
Barrister Winery began with two Spokane attorneys, Greg Lipsker and Michael White, and a five gallon Zinfandel winemaking kit purchased during a family trip to British Columbia. What began as a hobby quickly became a passion, with the pair crushing grapes in Greg's garage, earning medals for their wines, and officially launching Barrister Winery in 2001.
Today, Barrister has become part of Spokane's local wine story, built around a commitment to craft, community, and bringing people together over great wine.
For this special collaboration, Barrister's wines meet the traditions of Brazilian churrasco at Boiada — an evening built around four featured pairings, appetizers, accompaniments, a plated salad, and dessert.
